Method and scope

Average field cost is the likely total economic cost under typical open-field conditions and includes cash, non-cash, and imputed costs. Standard planning cost adds a 10% planning allowance. The operational list covers commercially relevant vegetables, roots/tubers, bulbs, legumes, herbs, and spice vegetables grown or traded in Northern Mindanao.
